Get online support
If you have your phone plugged into a phone socket on the wall, unplug it.
Connect it to the socket on the back of the modem labeled "phone 1"
If this does not work then I would aadvise you contact TPG to arange for a tech to visit.
Do not use any spliters/filters. Just a cord straight from your phone into the socket.
