Get online support
Our landline has (partly) stopped working since connecting to TPG. It works for outgoing calls but for any attempt to call that number receives a message that the number is disconnected.
We run a home business and have been missing customer calls for 5 days (so far).
A ticket has been raised (ticket #12226867) but not response or remedy to date.
The 'further update' appears to be:
"Issue was raised to our Network Admins. We are still awaiting for their update"
So, not really an update. I would obviously prefer an update to tell me the issue is resolved.

We checked your ticket and learned that this has been raised to our Home phone Engineers.
We'll chase this with them and have someone to get in touch with you today to provide further updates.
