Get online support
Have just had nbn connected. Internet all working fine but landline only works for outgoing calls. When dialling in I get message that the number is switched off or unavailable. Suggestions?

As per checking, the phone number porting is still in progress and this is the reason why the incoming calls are not working.
Please be advised that the number porting normally takes 1-5 working days to be completed from the date the service was activated.
