My landline with ADSL2+ bundle is dead I need some assistance could someone get back to me ASAP. Have tried calling couldn't get through

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.

In your case, our Engineers have detected a fault within the copper line and lodged a fault with Telstra. Their attending technician restored your service after repairing the damaged copper cable.
