Landline "not connected"

Nbn installed Thursday 31 March.
Home phone was to be ported over but it cannot be called. Always comes up "the mobile you have called is not connected".
I know porting takes a little while but 4 days seems a lot. I was told it would take hours.

Checked the phone this morning and voila, working!

Inbound and outbound are working. Clear as a bell.

Let us check the status of the newly ported phone service, could you send us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) via Private Message?
