Nbn installed Thursday 31 March. Home phone was to be ported over but it cannot be called. Always comes up "the mobile you have called is not connected". I know porting takes a little while but 4 days seems a lot. I was told it would take hours.

Basildon This suggests we plug it into an rj12 socket (i think), but we don't have these. All we have are the old blocks with an rj12 adapter in it. I need to know if this the adaptor tpg talk about.

Hi @BasilDV, thank you. We are getting FTTC and not FTTN. Tpg info says we need and adaptor and I wanted to know if what we have we can use or not.

Hi team. Due to get nbn installed Thursday. We have those old big yellow phone points however have an existing adaptor to RJ12 (I think it is) so our current ADSL can work. Do I need an additional adaptor or will this one work. Regards, John
