Since moving my NBN account from OPTUS to TPG I have had problems with my landline. I am able to receive incoming calls but cannot make calls out. This is a problem as I NEED TO STAY IN CONTACT WITH ELDERLY PARENTS.

If you are able to receive incoming and unable to make outgoing calls it is possible that the landline number is still under porting progress which may take up to 5 working days.
To better understand the situation, drop me a Private Message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
