NBN Home phone has been down for days

NBN Home phone is down for days  ,called  the support but still no solution neither the cause of issue till now . TPG: Ticket #12065014

Checking the lodged fault, it appears that the Network Team is still investigating the cause of having no signal on the Phone line

I'll chase the assigned Engineer to contact you once an update becomes available.
