Hello,
Last week, I messaged here, to say that our landline has rarely worked since switching to TPG. The internet is consistently working well, the NBN lights are usually all on. The phone light on the modem is only rarely on.
Last week, I then recieved a message from TPG stating that an NBN technician would visit today. However, yesterday, our landline began working through until today. But, when the technician arrived today and made some changes with the NBN wiring and ran some tests, the landline stopped working again.
The internet is still working very well, but we need a landline as mobile phones give me migraines.
There is no light on the modem for the phone connection. Please help us to establish a reliable landline connection.
