Get online support
Since switching to TPG, my landline only works less than 5% of the time. We switched at least 6 months ago and I have contacted TPG a number of times about this.
What is the solution. I have time to deal with it now, but sometimes I have been too busy to deal with this terrible problem. We need a landline as mobile phones give me a headache.
What is the solution?? Do we need a separate line just for the phone? I am paying for a service we are not being provided with.
