I have NBN with digital voice
I have a dial tone but no calls are able to come in and I get a "line number not valid" when I ring the number. The internet is working fine and I have followed all the standard plug unplu reset etc.
The modem admin page says there is no phone service see attached and the modem phone line light is off even though a live phone is connected.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked the phone service.
It shows on our end that the status is not registered to the account, which is why the service is not working.
We've refreshed the phone service remotely to no avail. We'd like to arrange a call from our Tech team to check on this further.
