Loss of Landline Phone

Hello

I have lost my landline /Voice phone, from home. The phone is over the TPG Internet service.

Can someone fromTPG respond ASAP, as it is impossible to do anything without a telephone., 

My Internet seems to be working OK. THE PHONEIS VIP.
