Hi, Does anyone know if the Panasonic KX-TGP500 Phone will work on the 

TPG VoIP service, please?

Welcome to the Community!

For NBN plans (except for FTTP technology), the VOIP settings are actually preconfigured to the modems we provide. You only need a regular phone to plug into the phone1 port of the modem for the homephone to work.
