I have had ny NBN FTTN modem replaced with a new TP link. My VOIP home phone is no longer working. Internet is working fine. The phone light on the modem is not active. I get a dial tone on the phone handset. If I dial the number on my mobile is get a message saying "the number you have dialed is not valid". According to my account details, the VOIP is activated.
We were advised by our Tech team that the VoIP of your TPG NBN FTTN service is now working after receiving a test call.
