Recently when people have been trrying to contact us on our home hone, they weill get a message you call can not be connected. They have to ring a few times for it go through.. Is this a known issues also is then a firmware update I may need for my modem

We've tested the NBN line and was not able to detect any fault within the network. It also shows that the phone is active. I've refreshed your connection remotely. Are you able to make a test call?
What is the current firmware of your modem? We'd like to check if it currently has the latest one.
