Our NBN connection keeps dropping out frequently every day. It has been getting worse lately. When I checked the all the lights on the NBN box and my modem all good but no internet. I reset the NBN box, it worked but then it will drop out again. Sometimes I switched off and switched on both NBN box and modem to restarted the connection. Also connection at times dropped momentarily and then on again many times. Very frustrating with our NBN.
