Two weeks ago there was a power outage here. NBN replaced the box in house and in street so internet back in five days but no phone connection, Called TPG and eventually tech sent another TPG modem. That gave me no internet and no phone so I have reconnected the original modem so I at least have internet for Christmas. Network map shows no phone connected and phone says Check TEL line. Waiting on Tech support to get back to me. can anyone help as this seems to be a common problem.
