Hi
My NBN has recently been installed. My phone port has still not been ported over according to telstra my previous provider. I want to end my contract with them so i dont get charged twice. They said if i terminate with them the phone line will terminate also?
Also, i cant access my account on the website or on the mobile app. Technical issues. Tried reset password - technical issues again. Need assistance.
At the moment Telstra can not port over phone numbers, regardless of who the service provider is.
Because of problems getting their people into their call centres. It might not be possible to port existing numbers for some time.
TPG can assiign a new number.
