Need Help With Home Phone Always going to busy why?

Me and My family and My some Frineds all are using Home Phone But I am having a some bug And there my one of the frineds also having a bug. We both are having Home phone gets busy signal when trying to phone out. Why we are facing a this bug or what you want to say?  Tell Culvers
