New modem lost home phone fttn

Good morning. I have connected up my modem internet is working fine and I have checked the connections, I just upgraded to the new model from tpg.
Seems I have lost the voip service. Can someone look into it please.

We'd like to check if the correct modem/router was provided to you.

Shoot me a PM with the Serial number and MAC address of the new device.
