Hello,
For the past week I have been unable to make or receive phone calls. No dial tone, then I receive a notification saying 'No mobile network'. I can still send and receive text messages, and I can use data.
I have tried the troubleshooting methods suggested on the TPG website.
The only network I can select in my settings is TPG, Vodafone is not an option, however the APN automatically selected is Vodafone, so I think I am connected to the Vodafone network.
I have no other phone available to call TPG support.
