Not receiving any inbound nor outbound calls on voip landline. Have tried recycling power & rebooting modem. NBN service ok. I have logged into to modem via TP Link & error message 'Telephone service unavailable. Please check your account settings or register a new number' registered. My new service number was created on Thurs 2nd April 2020. SN= 02 87731312
NB plugged into Phone1 & have dial tone.
