Get online support
Our home phone line has been dead for the last few days, there is a dial tone when you pick up the receiver, but if you try to dial the number, nothing happens and if you try to dial our phone from another source, there is no indication that the phone is ringing and the call can't be connected. There is nothing.

Understand, router reset done, you got a dial tone, but cannot dial or re receive calls, also tried both ports,
unfortunately, you don't have a spare phone to test.
so that, I am escalating to the engineering team,
someone will get back to you shortlyplease check your PM for ticket Number
