I am no longer usig oztalk as much as before and would like to go on for pay as you go.
Can you advise me the procedure to cancel the oztalk from my home phone. I dont want to do it on line as i got special rate which is not indicated on the plan.
Do i have to send an email requesting for change.

You can modify your plan add-ons by simply logging in to your TPG online account.
