Sir I am no longer usig oztalk as much as before and would like to go on for pay as you go. Can you advise me the procedure to cancel the oztalk from my home phone. I was allocated tp link ac1600 v modem router for hfc. The WiFi is not able to cover all the areas of my house. Previously I had netgear D7000 with 3 external aerials for adsl2 and it covered all the areas in my house. Can you suggest which tp link router will be able to extend the WiFi range and how to get one

I have 3 mobile 2 on 2.4g and 1 on 5g and 1 tablet on 2.4g and 1 laptop. Tablet and laptop are only used once or twice a day, other times switched off. I also have 2 other devices connected to lan port on the modem. Desktop and TV bo x.

It still shutting down every half an hour for couple of seconds today. I also did the load test it goes upto 0.5 mp. Can you check and see what is happening

I got nbn connected on 12 Dec 19. The speed goes from 0.8 to 4 on a 12 Mbps. Also tdrndt dropout every 5 minutes or so. This is worse then the adsl2. Please check and retify Rajendra

My hfc was connected on 12 Dec. I have noticed frequent dropout every 30 minutes. Also the download speed goes as low as 0.6 most of the time. Please check and retify the fault Raj

Please let me know when the HFC connection will be carried out at my residence. I rang Tpg couple of times and they told me that Nbn will ring me in 48 hours. This was early last week and so far no one called me yet. Please let me know what is happening. I also received email from tpg on 13 Oct telling me that the installation will be done in 30 days time. So far no one contacted me regarding the installation.

I was told early last month 13 Oct that the nbn will be installed in 30 days.. So I rang last Thursday and was told that tech will ring me for appointment. So far nothing happened. Please advice
