I have replaced my modem (archer vr1600} with VX220-G2v today which was sent by tpg.

My home phone was operating normal but as soon as i changed the modem it stopped and the phone light on the modem stays blank.

Could you please rectify the problem  asap

@Shane . Is this a case of TPG not configuring the router correctly, or has the VOIP server not been updated to accept the new router?
