PAYG prepayment

I have selected the PAYG phone service. I haven't made a prepayment so I am unfinancial. Can I make 000 and 1800 calls, which are free, without a prepayment?

Or do I need a prepayment to make free calls?

If you have not yet made a prepayment you may still call 18/1800 numbers. However, we unable to confirm if 000 is included but you can try.
