When someone rings me & they are talking the line is crackling loudly. This happens on & off.
Sometimes the call disconnects for no reason. The disconnections is a new thing.
This is not the first time I've had problems with the phone line.
Isolating does nothing.
I also think I need a new phone socket. I still have the old wide phone socket.
Internet is working fine.

We're able to perform line test to the service it shows no line fault that could affect the service however, we noticed that the modem/router has been connected to our network for 3weeks 3d 17h 34m try to reboot the modem/router for 3-5mins. If the issue still persist, send me your best contact number and preferred time so we can arrange our Technicians to contact you for real-time test and investigation.
