I am unable to call overseas. This has been happening since 2 days. Apparently some engeneers are working on this issue. I have a very sick mother overseas and have almost exhausted my free overseas mobile minutes. Any chance that I can get extended free minutes for my mobile from you since you are not able to provide the service I am signed up and paying for and I do have my mobile with you?
