Trying another avenue for support as your email support crew have stopped responding and this issue is severly hurting our business.
Randomly throughout the day our incoming calls just cut out after a couple of rings.
We have sent multiple internet tests to you and they all checked out ok.
Recored incoming numbers and time and dates of drop outs and sent them to you.
SIP ALG has been disabled, no change in drop outs.
Factory resetting our handsets and ATA and you have completly rebuilt the users, no change.
We are losing customers on a daily basis, please can you reolve this issue for us!
If the issue cannot be resolved, can we revert back to analogue.
