Hi, what products/options are available if I wanted to wirelessly connect a handset(in kitchen) to my TPG NBN router in another room?

Using FTTN if that makes any difference.

Cheers

Scott

Hi @Scott404

Thanks for your query! Since our homephone service is encrypted, there is no other way but to connect the base of the wireless handset to the phone port 1 of the modem.

You may also use an extension cable if the location is a bit far from the modem however we do not normally recommend the use of lengthy phone cables as it may affect the performance of the service

Here's a simple diagram of the set up: Fibre to the Node/Building (NBN FTTN/FTTB) Setup Guide

Hope that helps.

Please don't hesitate to let us know should you have further queries.

Cheers!
