Hi, I recently got shipped a new tplink vr1600. The internet works fine but the phone is always busy for incoming calls and can't make outgoing calls. I've tried factory resetting it and waiting a while but still no luck. Using the old Huawei hg659 works fine for internet and phone so it doesn't seem to be a problem with my setup, however I'd like to use the tplink vr1600 for the better modem features. Can you guys kindly help me? Thanks for your time!
