Phone line down, no dial tone

Hi, my land line is down. I'm on an adsl connection. I have no Internet and there is no phone dial tone. It's been working with no problems for years. I have not signed up for any nbn service. I'm in Greenacre NSW.

Although you have advised us that the thread can be closed, I took the liberty to still check your case. From what I can our Engineering Team has already raised this to Telstra for repair. An SMS was sent to you providing the information as to when Telstra can check your line. Further updates will be communicated to you directly by an Engineer.
