Phone not receiving calls with ADSL2+ with Home Phone Bundle

since yesterday my service is reconected to my new home-address, however:

The Internet is working very well and I can make outgoing calls but can't receive any.

I am using the same conection as for my old place.


Wallsocket --> Line to Splitter (in) --> Modem and Phone to seperatly Splitter(out), as shown on each TPG-Schema (Picture).

I've located your account using your Community details. 


I can see on your account that the service has been activated last 27 July and porting of your homephone number is currently in progress. 


Please allow 4-5 working days from the day of the installation for the porting to be completed. 


Once porting is done, you should be able to receive calls.
