Ported number only working on telstra network

Gday, I have recently changed from Optus, to tpg Nbn and home phone. I have ported my existing number and my landline only works from phones on the telstra network.

Thanks for raising this to us. We're able to confirm that the porting of your home phone was been completed today. We'd like to confirm if you're still having the same issue. If so, we'd like to arrange a call from one of our Technicians for real-time testing and investigation.
