Ported wrong landline number

Whoever installed the nbn, ported it to the wrong number. Can i keep the new number instead of waiting till someone is ready to fix the issue. Why should i pay both tpg and previous provider.

Could you pls send me Private Message with your Name, Customer ID/Username, Address and Contact details  as well as old and new number,so I can assist you.
