Porting phone number AWAY from TPG

I have a ADSL2+ with home phone service with TPG and wish to port my home phone number to a VOIP provider (EXETEL), I understand this will also close theTPG  account.

 

Exetel is asking for the Account Number as well as the phone phone number for the port request, is this the main account ID (345xxx1) for the account OR the Plan ID (159xxx6) under TPG Home Phone Services?

We've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Account Specialists in regards with your cancellation last 6th of September. They required you to send an email for confirmation to proceed. Let us know should you require further assistance.

I'm currently waiting for my PSTN number tp be ported over to VOIP with the new provider before I cancel my TPG service.
