I have a ADSL2+ with home phone service with TPG and wish to port my home phone number to a VOIP provider (EXETEL), I understand this will also close theTPG  account.   Exetel is asking for the Account Number as well as the phone phone number for the port request, is this the main account ID (345xxx1) for the account OR the Plan ID (159xxx6) under TPG Home Phone Services?   Regards Trev ...
