Reboot modem

I got a message from BasilDV asking for me to send a private message with account details, well how the hell do i do that to start with!!! the link took me to a page that wasnt helpfull at all. He asked if I have rebooted the modem, how do i do that, is it as simple as pressing teh reset button with a biro?

You can reboot the modem by turning it on and off. Resetting means pressing the button/pinhole on the modem which is usually located on the side or bottom part of the modem.
