Hi TPG!
This is with regards to my attempt to relocate my service to a new address. I have been trying to reach TPG since the last 2 weeks and no one has been able to help me.
When I try to call by phone, there is an automated message that says "phone support is not available".
When I try to chat, the webpage says chat agents are not available.
I can see that there are many messages from other people who are lost in the process as well.
I am working from home and net access is vital for me. Please help.
