Retain previous phone number

I had the NBN internet bundle successfully connected on 5/5/20. I requested that my previous phone number be carried over, as part of the process. I received an email confirming that both internet and phone calls (incoming and outgoing) were working.


The outgoing calls work (but it uses the digital voice number), but I receive no incoming calls, as people are using our previous phone number (and message bank) and do not know our digital voice number. So, it has been quiet.

Can you advise if or when my previous phone number will be reinstated on the system for our use. Thank you.
