SIM activation

I ordered new SIM with number transfer option. But I cannot activate the new SIM because old mobile plan is expired and I can't receive the activation SMS on my old number. How can I now activate my SIM with a new number.

Welcome to TPG Community! 

 

If you are porting a mobile number to us, it has to remain active with your previous provider to receive the code. We cannot complete the transfer if the mobile number that you nominated is already cancelled. To have it ported to us, please have it reactivated.

Since I cannot reactivate my old number because the old mobile plan is expired, I want my new TPG SIM activated with a new number. How can I do that?

To request for a new mobile number, you need to call our Mobile Support at 1300 993 019 or we can arrange a callback for you. Send us a PM with your TPG customer ID and we'll take it from there.
