If you are porting a mobile number to us, it has to remain active with your previous provider to receive the code. We cannot complete the transfer if the mobile number that you nominated is already cancelled. To have it ported to us, please have it reactivated.

To request for a new mobile number, you need to call our Mobile Support at 1300 993 019 or we can arrange a callback for you. Send us a PM with your TPG customer ID and we'll take it from there.
