Had a problem with my old sim now fixed and waiting to port my number from old to tpg need code to port number accross to tpg

I've managed to locate your account and recent update showed that you have spoken to one of our Mobile Specialist. 

 

Your SIM was not activated since the last request to port your number has failed. You may just simply re-order a new SIM.

All I want to do is reset my password, but the reset gets sent to my mobile number which I can't activate. Can you change the phone number to an email recovery.
