TPG Digital Voice Not working but reports as Activated

Installation & activation complete notification as at 07Feb2019

I have a dial tone however after dialing I do not have a ring tone , instead I have a very loud aucoustic screech. My "NBN" phone worked very well with a Telstra technicolor TG799vac.

I am an old & frail War Service Pensioner dependant on the phone for medical & specialist appointments as well as 000 etc. Please prioritise & escalate ASAP.
