My NBN is now working great however I don't use the tp-link modem that was supplied is there anyway to setup the Voip on another modem, as I have a Frizbox 7490 if you don't support this please cancel my $10 add on as I won't be using the TPG Voip as won't be able to use my digital phones with the service as they connect directly with my modem, the Fritzbox 7490 is working great with the NBN better than the tp-link modem could, I will be continuing to use that, if I can't be supplied the setting I will just continue to use my current phone provider.

Great to hear that your TPG NBN service is working well.
The VoIP service will not work with a different modem aside from the one that we provide our customers. I will arrange a call from our Accounts team within the to discontinue the 'Add-on' on the home phone bundle.
