Get online support
Will TPG please fix this problem. As stated in previous posts I cannot ring my home phone from a mobile phone. I get the message "WE are sorry your call cannot be completed in the long distance company you have selected, please dial your call within access code"
I have done the simple things you have previously suggested but the problem persists.
I have not received a call from your tech. department as promised.
This fault has been going on for many weeks. Please help urgently.
