Hi,
I just started to use TPG mobile plan. I see the text notifications that I have a new voice message. Thus, I call 121 to check it but I always show me the main menu with 2 options: 1) change the greeting and 2) notification setting. How can I access and listen to my voice message?

Have you tried to disable and enable the Voice mail feature on your TPG My account?
