Unable to make an international calls

Hi there,

Have recently joined TPG, added Big Talk add-on to call international specifically.

I can call one country but not another. I get error message, line congested and OCA 0142!!!

All my connections are OK, I checked previous post related to this issue.
I can call Mauritius but can't call Zimbabwe.

Why I can call one country and the other?

We're sorry that you have had an issue in calling out an international number. We recommend that you reset your NBN NTD box and the modem then try to dial the number again. If the issue persists, please let us know immediately.
