Upgrading elderly parents NBN/home phone plan.

Parents are on NBN FTTC M Bundle Standard, out of contract – that plan includes PAYG phone, and as my parents only seem to call mobile numbers, then at least a few times a month the TPG system bills their credit card for more funds.

It's now got to the stage where I need to move them to a level where local, national, and mobile numbers are all included in their monthly charge, without this constant debiting of credit cards and interim phone service disruptions while the charge is verified.

Is it possible to leave them on the M Bundle Standard plan, Budget $49.99 per month, and just add on the Oz Talk $10 per month? If so, I cannot find a way to do that on the TPG website.

Any advice would be gratefully received, cheers.
